Delivery

Free next working day delivery for orders of £65 and over before 4pm.
£6.50 (exc VAT) delivery charge for orders under £65.
Any order placed before 3.30pm will be dispatched for next day delivery.
Orders placed after 4pm will be dispatched the next working day.

Returns

KEAN takes great care to ensure that all the products featured on this website are of a high quality. If an item has been incorrectly supplied, received damaged or is faulty then all you need to do is follow the Returns Procedures detailed below. We will then arrange collection of the item(s) free of charge.

If you have an account with us then you can view your orders in the My Account section of the website and initiate a returns procedure from there. Click here to view your account.

Upon receipt of the item(s) we will inspect the product and if it is proved to be faulty or was incorrectly supplied we will refund you for the full value within 30 days.
